Thank you for commenting, Mysticiris! High school is going well.

I love this! She looks like she loved having it done! I am proud of you for being bold enough, and brave enough to do it and to watch it being done =)...you know it kinda makes me want to do it to myself. Kudos to you and to Ms. Grace! And good luck this year in the new adventure of highschool!

Expect heartache? It's part of this parenting package. I live with it daily in this very arena of social void in her life. Expect true courage and kindness, well, I've seen that, too. And I'm hoping for more with maturity of her peers. I'll be posting more about this and how I've already stuck my neck out on this issue with my parenting peers at her new high school. Thank you for visiting and your encouraging and kind comments. Yeah, it was chance-y to do the do. But fun and worth it. I think. My wallet is smarting as I'm seeing how FAST these purple things are fading!!! Ick! Namaste,

She looks adorable! Love that you are willing to take a fun chance like this with your daughter. I am sure she will do great in high school. Just remember, kids are mean to even the coolest kids. Expect a little heartache, but also expect true courage and kindness from other teens as well. I wish her the best :)
